I can't imagine why the broker would put their name on a listing with such a ridiculous asking price.

That's a bit nuts on the asking, though I imagine this is about the views since it's a corner apartment. Still, this seems a bit ambitious to say the least. I support the fake accents plan, though you'll probably doom the seller even further by giving them false hope.
