Shouldn't the costs of defending this lawsuit be covered by their homeowners/umbrella policy?

The irony is, one of the owners lives in the Caledonia.

It still puzzles me that, for all the talk and evidence of significant price declines, that the prices in this building (and plenty of others) are still frigging insane.

most new developments have done little to their pricing. resales are another matter.

ignore this person
report abuse I saw an apartment at the Caledonia. Related has a smart formula. Lower floors are rentals with lower ceilings, higher floors are sales and are trickled out to the market.
THe agent was nice and had a "we are somewhat bulletproof" to the market air about him.
Their own little RE Hedge Fund.
They will be able to withstand the longest but won't be able to control individuals who already own and have to sell in their building.

And to add, the apt I saw was a resale but being handled by Related.
