Not familiar with the property, but from the website it does look fabulous. But i would not live in that location unless i was getting a steal or renting!!! there is nothing residential or neighbor-hoody about it. And again- at that price????

Way overpriced. They're marketing it as "the latest residential masterpiece in the Philip Johnson-Alan Ritchie Architects design collection," which is fairly sick, given that Johnson died in 2005.

My opinion of the location depends on who you are and what you're looking for. Are you a millionaire who wants a pied-à-terre near Times Square?

Certainly a good reason why it's the "latest residential masterpiece in the Philip Johnson-Alan Ritchie Architects design collection". Not going to have later one's post mortem (although I get the feeling Costas Kondylis could continue to put out the same quality stuff well after....... snark, snark).
