Discussion about 4 Lexington Avenue #4LM
This unit was sold for 1.27 at peak in 2007 -- so seems like should be @ least 20% less these day. Quite the optimistic seller...

...sad floor plan. If you only need one bedroom, maybe, but to call that a 2 bedroom - with a 'not so great' room.

It would be a lovely 1 br apartment. As a 2 br, not so much.

agreed. this is a 2 bedroom like a normandy court apartment with a pressurized wall is a 2 bedroom.

the living room is just the kitchen!

agreed, it's a nice one bedroom but not a nice two bed. Surprising only down 7.5 percent. Pricey but shows that not everything in Manhattan is a firesale selling at 20% discounts (or more) to 2007/2008.

mathmatically, if stuff is selling for 7% less, and the median is 20% or so, then there has to be stuff selling for 30% less and such...
