We are purchasing an apartment that has marble throughout and a raised platform (they wanted to make a sunken living room). We would like to remove the platform and replace the marble with high end hardwood. Any idea what this should cost for a 1200 sq foot space? Thank you

"High-end" floors installed will be a minimum of $12 sq ft, and upwards depending on wood
