Discussion about Olympic Tower at 641 Fifth Avenue in Midtown

why is there always so turnover in this bldg? are people not happy here? Lots of short term flips which allows me to think board problems continue and problematic with renovations? Does anyone have any input? Also what is the tenant profile--understand lots of corp apts too?

The notorious Marcoses of yore bought 4 units in this condo in 1976

Yeah, I've always known this as big for foreign money. Trump often compared Trump Tower to it in terms of competition. Probably a lot of guys buying for a crash pad...
