Discussion about 105 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights
In the last three years 13 of the 25 units in this building have either been sold or been put up for sale? That seems to defy probability. Any ideas what the deal is?

Could it have been a conversion -- fron a rental building to a coop?

Agree it's suspicious. There is no doorman and the maintenance fees are very high. It's not a recent conversion either.

My guess is the co-op hasn't managed it's money very well.
