Terrific. Information about the lease - is it a prime lease, long term, short term etc. would be nice too.

how about displaying the exact addresses for apartments? that would really help.

Listing the rentals is a great idea. I just wish there were a way to filter out some of the rental companies. For example, Citi-Habitats virtually floods your listings with useless information ("walk-up", "pre-war"., etc.) without giving a clue about where the apartment is located. But you have to go through five or six pages of useless information to get to the realtors that actually tell you something. Something's got to give.

I agree with Thomas. While I love being able to see so many listings in one place, I would also like to be able to filter those with little info.
