building at 169 East 69th Street

I viewed a unit in this building today. This bldg seems to have it all. It's a great block, close to some of the best shops and restaurants on the upper east side. Its a short walk to Central Park. It's a very financially stable, full service building. Great lobby. The staff was friendly and answered my questions intelligently. I viewed a corner unit on the 11th floor. It's incredibly bright with amazing views of the expanse down Third Ave. There are windows everywhere, two exposures (south and east). The catch is that the building requires a higher percentage down payment... but i guess that's why the building is so financially sound.
