Drop the price by about $750 and you've got a winner.

Really, you'd go for 1800 on 110 and Riverside? Just by chance, why? Seems like there are so many deals out there. I like Riverside but what do you like as compared to the heart of midtown, UES, downtown....apartments not up to par below 110? Just curious as we love our neighborhood as some know on W. 67th and CPW....but, I also adored my 2 bedroom on 58th and 1st....bridge and all...and my NOHO apt. before Noho was really known.

110 and Riverside is one block from the #1 train and Broadway, which is very decent in that area. It's not in the middle of things, no. But it's quiet, green and peaceful. As always, it depends on what you are looking for.

Leslie...you're right..but a one bedroom with a doorman and elevator sounds pretty good. 110 and Riverside not so great..never mind...I withdraw my offer.

There's no such thing as "NoHo". It's called Greenwich Village.

Don't tell NoHo that - there is a giant banner that says "Welcome to NoHo." They have divorced themselves from the Village.

Ahhh....after 20 years I learn something new about my old "hood" when they were throwing around the NOHO name...north of Houston seemed pretty reasonable but then again I was in my 20's and just figuring things out...definitely loved Greenwich Village, NOHO..whatever you want to call it. Loved Soho and Tribecca too :)
