I would say the deal fell through. It is no longer on the Corcoran website and all Corcoran sales remain on the web with a big red SOLD on the listing. It is not listed "for sale" on the brokers inventory or under his "sold" list. Could not find any docs referring to a sale and it is listed as last sold 11/04/2005 for $1,550,000.
Wait and see what happens...

@Apt_Boy: The deal has not fallen through, Corcoran just took it off the internet. Trust me. I'd say you're probably close to the selling price estimate, though.

Local Hamptons brokerage Town & Country Real Estate has released its 4th quarter market report and it looks like ’09 ended with a nice little pop: 47% increase in overall sales from '08 to '09, with median prices rising over 12%.
Looks like you may be missing the boat here. I'm back in!

Hey everyone, I am currently based out of Long Island, NY. I was just extending my services to all soon to be homeowners for any new properties (sfr-condo)....I work for a major major brand name bank, rates are more then competitive, closing cost are the cheapest in the industry...I have no problem working numbers up for you for no obligation...give me a shout. Look forward to hearing from some of you...no bs, we are one of the few banks that can still close a loan in good time....631-273-2253, thanks!
