It would be nice if:

1. Listings can display IN CONTRACT somehow

2. Prioritize listings based on valuation of PPSF? Lowest PPSF first?

3. OH Info to stand out a bit more?

Overall, I love the enhancement!

Yes, this was a really nice upgrade. Search is much better, and the neighborhood pages are great, but they are easy to miss. You shoud make an easy way to get to them.

This site rocks. Still has bugs and still could be improved, but that's why they call it a Beta release.

some closed listings say Contract Signed above the property description and others say nothing there. Does that mean that the latter group did not sell and are were taken off the market or that they are at a different stage in the sale process or something else?

I think they changed that. From what I've seen all in contract, contract signed, offer accepted (did I forget any) now say PENDING in red next to the price.

Yes, that's exactly right.

If you see a listing that indicates contract signed, or something like that, and does not have (PENDING) next to the price, then please let us know by clicking on the orange button that says PROBLEM? send us a correction.

would also help for rentals at least to have a serach by when posted (eg 4 hours ago or 4 days ago), in the NY market this is important.

By far, I've found this site the most helpful since my (painful) condo search started. Bravo!! On feedback, I'd like to be able to see: 1. if a 'closed' property was sold or pulled, 2. if the former, the actual selling price. Thanks.

This site is great. I especially like seeing how long things have been on the market, also when and how much a price has been reduced, and the ability to search within a school district. One thing I would like to see would be some way to make notes about each specific property saved to the "My Page". Maybe it's there already and I just haven't figured it out yet.

Thanks for the great work.

Don't get me wrong. I love this site and think it's far better than it's competition. HOWEVER, the "improvements" made a few weeks ago were really quite a step back. People keep writing the searches are better, but I disagree. Exclude listings in contract doesn't work at all. I consistently get wrong address listed now (which when you go the broker site are, in fact, correct). When you go back to 'advanced search' in doesn't remember your previous search (it used to do this). There's no way to search for multiple neighborwoods (ctrl-click??). Open houses do not sort properly.

And the map.. oh the map.. why does it pause for 10 seconds to load the map every time the screen refreshes?? Perhaps an option to turn off schools and subways if that's what's causing the delay? It wasn't like this before..

Again, the site is great on the whole.. and the market data and historical sales are fabulous.. But the user interaction needs a little tweaking, imho. Appreciate the efforts tho!

Actually, I think this site is the best thing for buyers to come along in many, many years. For the first time ever, I feel that I can talk to a realtor and/or seller with some real knowledge of the market. I hope they keep up the great work!

Is there any way to isolate the updated listings that I have saved or the updated listings on my saved searches so I can just see which ones have new info rather than going thru all of them?

sgolden600: Click on your saved search in the my page, after it loads the search results change the sort drop down box to 'newest' and the listings will sort by what is new. Or you can click the 'e-mail me updates' setting in the my page and you will get e-mail notifications about your saved searches.

Location markers for properties and public transit have suddenly disappeared from the maps. If you move the mouse over them, the address shows up, but otherwise they are invisible. Also, the "Remember me" at log in doesn't work - I always have to re-enter my info.
