Village Green

Just showed 1BR's at 311 East 11th Street for one our clients; even got into the building which is moving fast now on getting done. Was told by sponsor's agent that they have picked up quite a bit in the last couple weeks. About 36 in contract, I think that was the number he told us. Only 1BR + home offices left, no straight 1BR's. He also said that everything is going into contract "close to ask." But that there is some "wiggle room." So... take it as you will. My buyer really liked the layouts and quality. I am not an expert on "green living" but it seems the developers tried to deliver on this front.

Dear Corcoran, wake up and smell the market. For all the open houses Ive been to, your agents are the most brainwashed. You do a disservice to the sellers you represent.

Can a buyer tell me how happy or unhappy you are with the unit you purchased in this building? And with the developer's performance? Tks, L Pessoa
