I notice that Streeteasy has a table to the left of this discussion board which apparently shows a daily update on average listing prices for studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, and four-plus-bedrooms. Prices have generally steadily declined during the fourth quarter. Is this a good representation of what is actually taking place in the market?
