Don't waste your time. Nice location but needs a lot of renovation. Too expensive for what you get. Broker very obnoxious.

06/10/2008 Previous Sale recorded for $1,150,000.
09/10/2009 Listed by Prudential Elliman at $1,200,000.

The same combo on the floor above, but without a terrace, sold for $935,000 in October on a July contract.

Guess they figure the terrace is worth something.
