So... 11/25/2009 Previous Sale recorded for $650,000. 12/02/2009 Listed by Halstead Property at $975,000. 12/10/2009 Price decreased by 8% to $895,000.

I think they are flipping it to their friends to look like a sale, no one would be that stupid to pay that much more. This Kind of thing was going on in the 80's.
