Does anyone know what is going on with this development have they not had any closings? I know a lot of wall street people bought here but it seems nothings closed. anyone have any imput?

Nina 15, First closing was on June, 24 2009. Since then we've closed 51 homes. Homeowners are professionals including numerous bankers, lawyers, doctors among other professions.
