There was another one, smaller unit, also closed recently for $ 618 psf.

I love the fact that I didnt post this. I think its safe that NSP is coming to reality

When Toll discounted NS1, they did it roughly 10-30%. Any view on if and when they will discount NS2? If they do, do you think it will be smaller? Maybe 5-20%?
