Does anyone know anything about the financials of this building? I have heard that they're not very good, but no one substantiates this. The maintenances seem to be in line (although I'm not sure if the new 2010 maintenances are reflected on any of these active properties). I would love to know what they're reserve fund is & if there are any upgrades coming up. (those windows are looking pretty original). And last but not least, are thru the wall ACs allowed? Thanks
