He got cranky, as others do (see jimjohnes) but always continued adding value to the board. hfs has ONLY post obsessive stalking posts. Never has added ONE word related to RE to the board. He infects every post with his repetitive BS over and over, alienating every new poster in the board. I only have problems with stalking, not crankiness or cursing, after all, this is a New York board...
Columbia has reacted badly to hfs, so the latter has got what he wanted: to chase useful, frequent posters away from SE. Please guys, review the posts and review your decision.

I'm curious where you got this number from. It sounds like the number of foreclosure auctions scheduled, or perhaps includes uncontested "owner gave the keys to the bank" transactions. I say this because I didn't see anywhere near 52 completed foreclosure sales last month. But then again I don't follow the sales of whole buildings North of 96th St much, so if a lot of them were in that category I easily could be seeing skewed results.
