Buyer's Agents That Pay Your Closing Lawyer's Fee

A friend suggested I use this broker firm - PCS Realty - when buying an apartment. They act as your buyer's agent, and do not charge you a fee. They also pay for your closing attorney's fee at the closing! So, basically you get a free lawyer and a free agent. Can this be true? What do you think?
