Is anyone familiar with this new developement? We had read that this was a good quality developement going up.....we are goign to the open house tomorrow---but wondering if anyone has any information on it? Also, the Fitzerald on 117 (I think the address is 257 West 117? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

i LOVE this building. almost bought there. thought the quality was above and beyond many other developments in the area. definitely check it out.

I just checked the web site and it indicates that the open house is on Sunday, not tomorrow. I really like this development too...worth checking out. Good Luck!
