I am interested in this building. Anyone with thoughts?

All other things being equal, having a building with the brand "trump" to me is a very significant negative. Unless there were a significant price reduction because of that, I don't think I could stomach it seeing his name everyday.

This is a good brand in real estate circles. But isn't there a super market in the building(which is a negative)?

Trump name adds value, especially with foreigners.

Well, I was going to add.."but I'm not an arab billionaire", but it was not pc.

I stand by my statement -- to me the Trump Brand is trashy money, bought glamour, and kind of repulsive. But I don;t doubt it has great appeal in many circles.

If there is indeed a supermarket in the building that's an hilarious glitch in the so-called glamour appeal.

To me the TRUMP name is a negative & a definite "NO!" but it is a name possibly known worldwide & may not have a negative connotation to many.
