I only look for listings by broker. I feel owners are less reasonable when selling without a broker, maybe because they tend to overestimate the value of their property and they don´t have someone to explain why it should be lower. The other reason is that they are not easy to find. Here is SE you have mostly all listings, it´s a one-stop search.

When I was looking, I would look at either but the FSBO had to be priced less. There is no reason to deal with a FSBO if they are not going to let me join in the savings.
