Discussion about
This entire board is turning into a Northside piers and williamsburg Q and A. Hopefully a boro subclass system is in the works ala craigslist?
... for the boroughs underclass?
There are apparently a significant number of frequent contributors who follow both Manhattan and Brooklyn (esp. W'burg and most esp. NSP, it seems). My take on the last couple of hours is that people welcome discussion that is relevant to them and are coming out of the woodwork to participate. How is that bad? Do you really need 98% Manhattan discussion over the course of a day or a week, or could you perhaps live with 95%?
well done alan. beat me to that one
sls, i have zero problems with boro discussion, sub, under, middle, upper, any. there are currently 13 or so active threads (on the first two pages) relating to NSPs. it would be nice if there were some effort made to locate existing threads rather than starting a new one whenever. just a thought.
I as a buyer am only interested in manhattan though have contributed to brooklyn threads (like to think a majority of those contributions were productive).
Just saying it would be a nice option to have if your only looking in one borough or only want to look at that boro that day.
{pass the grey poupon please}

Yeah, one MORON resurrected 14 different old NSP threads at once
...and started at least one new one

I'm that moron. I have to gather as much info as possible in a very short time. Sorry to annoy, West.
moron, i mean, minocqua. why do you need to gather as much info as possible in a very short time? unless your a speculator, buying a home should be a well thought out, well researched, process. it's not as though NSP just showed up in the neighborhood. you want to do some due diligence, go visit the thing.
And not if you're a speculator?
CJ, I have been there several times.

alan, the gist of my point is don't resurrect a dozen threads like an idiot on subjects that have been hashed over ad nauseum on this board. there are enough conversations to pay attention to w/o having to sift through the garbage, especially with the emergence of this new clown jerry. there were times in the past when 'speculator' real estate buyers didn't need to visit a property and could/would buy site-unseen. granted, those times are likely gone. but everyone on this board knows that WB is probably one of the LAST place a speculator would be looking right now.
