i have a penthouse on the water in fort myers florida 3/2 2250 sf in the tallest building that can be built in southwest florida go to www. highpointplace.com c-unit 33rd floor. i paid 2 years ago 900k it just appraised for 800k i will trade it for 700k for a 1 or 2 bedroom condo in manhattan + i have one million dollars in cash to put in the deal. contact bob at bugatti3@comcast.net
