1.5M for a 2 bedroom that is non convertible in PS 158 (not PS 6). Am I missing something?
you might want to have a look at the tax projections. seems like they're going up.
ar re: tax projections, where do you find these? The expiration schedule of abatements seems to be cropping up more and more in discussions but I don't know where to research info. Hope it's something easier than digging up and reading the offering plan in ACRIS. Thanks
sls, you probably have to dig it up. but if you pull up some of the recent listings, taxes aren't exactly lowish. some buildings increase every 2 years, some don't increase for a certain number of years and then increase every year, etc. this building started closings before 2004. now taxes are rising and the units have to compete against other buildings where taxes are still a more distant reality. just a taste of things to come. i'd love to know the info for the various new construction buildings.
