Dude please limit your barter deal to one post a day or bump your original thread each day if you must.

You are inviting otherwise a quantity of "responses" to www.bugatti3@comcast.net of "low caliber" prospects if you catch my drift.

Please.....Bob

Bob is presumably smart and sophisticated enough to acquire two beachfront properties and a Bugatti, yet he can't seem to figure out how to find the LISTED phone number of ANY leading NYC real estate broker....?

I do find it interesting that at least 3 pretentious douchebags wanted the email address bugatti@comcast

33C is unit 3303? I dont see that listed as sold.
note to cliffscommunities, the tiger woods endorsement might not be helping.

actually West 34, Bob found my phone number .. but my clientele is more Hollywood kids and downtown families than golfers .. it's not unreasonable, though, for him to think that someone might specialize in this.

Nobody is interested in swapping with you. Either buy a Manhattan apt. with the million dollars you supposively have in cash or sell the 2 properties and then use the cash to buy in Manhattan.

it is sad but 1 million dollars does not buy you much in a nice condo in the city. i am interviewing brokers right to see which is the right one to market my properties to sell . but there is nothing wrong with trying to get creative in other ways of maketing or trading what i have with someone in manhattan who might be thinking of relocateing or retireing and would consider a swap plus cash for his or her condo.

Bob - your quest to buy in NYC through creative means is admirable, but starting FIVE threads here in the last 24 hours on the same topic is provoking the snarky responses. Better even to start one thread and bump it a few times.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but if you simply cold called into Sothebys, Corcoran, Elliman, etc and said "Hi Ive got a million cash to spend, do you have a top broker also experienced in swaps who can help me?" in this market, I suspect you'd get at least a few call backs.

I can sell you my 1BR condo for 1000psf on the UES. However, I do not need a car or a condo in florida at the present time.
