There are some unusual circumstances with that building. It's fairly far north, it's new construction and needs to fill up somehow, and the construction isn't really done yet from what I've heard -- so asking people to pay full rent is a little squirrely to start with.

I'm not saying that it means that free rent is back, or free rent is gone, or...well, I'm not really saying anything except "don't necessarily take this one odd data point to tell you anything all that useful about the larger market." It might, but it also might not.

I wasn't impressed with the work when I saw a few 2 beds a week ago. they were small in size. That area needs a lot of work before it's actually livable, in my opinion (besides Whole Foods).
