Requesting an offering plan

There are a number of developments whose offering plans I would like to review, but do not want to visit the actual development or meet with a broker/salesperson. Given the above, is there a way for me to get an offering plan? If so, what is it? Thanks.

You can buy them from the managing agent .. the cost can run from $25 to a few hundred dollars per plan.
