That's understating, especially coming from Citihabitats where I have friends working.
Rents down 5%,with landlord paying broker fee instead of renter 10 to 15%, plus 1 month free another 8% is more the picture.

I agree its probably understating, just thought another datapoint is always helpful.

I was looking at higher end ones and twos, and saw specific buildings, specific apartments, drop double digits two years in a row.... AND free months.

Yeah, I wasn't saying you were understating, just whoever the Citihab spokesman/woman that said 14% clearly was.
