Tax Abatement

Discussion about
How can we find out if a building is still under tax abatement? We want to know about The Corinthian condo in murray hill. Also, what do you guys think about this building. How easy or difficult is it to do some TLC in an apt in this building, such as paints and kitchen? We prefer this area.

The Corinthian (http://streeteasy.com/nyc/building/the-corinthian) went up in 1988, so any tax deals in effect back then have expired.
