I'm definitely seeing a new push in advertising by big management companies offering incentives on thier inventory. New year..same story, but getting worse. for them that is. This must be the most supply the city has ever seen coming up against the least demand. to quote Tom Petty.....Free Fallin....

This is traditionally a weak period for rentals. It will be interesting to see if this continues through the Spring and Summer.

considering that we already know bank and law firm hiring is going to be weak again, its safe to say it will continue

you are absolutely right marco_m, there is no other direction for the market (rentals and sales) unless the economy improves and create real new jobs, not jobs paid by the government with our money!
