Went in to see the apartments last week. Beautiful finish, however very overpriced for the area. Initially offered 1 month free, now offering 2 months free. Wait and see how much more they are willing to drop. The management company clearly overestimated the demand for this building. Why pay sky high prices for a RENTAL that is half hotel when you can head over to the MIMA and live like a star for the same price (or any of the 10 million other Condo buildings going up in this area).
