Can people please give some examples of the sorts of issues your lawyer deals with when reviewing the purchase contract for a condo new construction, I understand that the specific deal terms (price, mortgage contingency) need to be reviewed, but what about the offering plan issues, and what can really be done anyway by one individual purchaser. And are there flaws in plans, but if so what can you do about them. thanks for any input
are these agreements so standard and also if they govern all residents...how can one resident negotiate anything?...just my ignorance....
You can negotiate by walking away.
