Babsie, i work in a sales team with Brian Gallagher at Bank of America. I recommend you send him an email regarding your loan scenario to see what we can offer. Brian.Gallagher@bankofamerica.com Hope all is well

we worked with Guardhill. I am not questioning whether we got the lowet rate at 5.875 with 1 point down (I presume for the broker's fee). Can anyone advise whether it would be diffifcult to get a lower mortgage for 889 broadway. I am old that banks may not want to lend to 889 Broadway in New York

I closed my coop with Robert Shapiro from Wells Fargo (Robert.Shapiro@wellsfargo.com). Didn't get the lowest rate but close enough and he follows through with stuff and we closed without any issue.

I would not recommend the guy that I worked with at Bank of America. His name was Jeffrey Guzman. If you want someone who returns your calls and acknowledges your emails, look elsewhere.

Try Dan Levitan at Manhattan Mortgage (dlevitan@manhattanmortgage.com), but don't forget to call the big banks, too, since many no longer work with mortgage brokers.
