This is a joke, right? $1.3M? Why does a resale in this building deserve a 50% markup in less than 2 years?

You beat me to it, I made a similar post, and I seldom call out a listing. In fact, I have been on streeteasy for over a year, and this is the first time I have made it a point to call out a listing. This is perhaps the most ambitious listing I have ever seen at this price level
