I am sorry, but this is beyond ridiculous. I would be surprised if this went for $800,000. $1,000 per square foot for the Novo on 4th avenue, really, this would be a bad price at the peak of the market

pretty awful layout also. 9ft wide bedrooms, seriously? LOL
