Seller and broker are smoking crack. This is embarrassing for both of them.

But the foyer is dramatic and the corner Living/Dining room is majestic.

I guessed this was a Richard Orenstein listing w/o even looking -- most of the bubble-priced Tribeca listings I've looked at has him as listing agent. Maybe that's his strategy for getting the listing, but as a buyer I have yet to actually visit any of his listings because they seem so unrealistic.

The funniest thing is that, pre Realtytrac, its in pre-foreclosure. Oops.
