is the address worth the lack of sunlight / view? two completely dark back bedrooms it seems. Thoughts?

I don't mind dark bedrooms - light more impt in the living room. The master is very small though

That third bedroom would make a great walk-in closet - not so great as a teeny tiny bedroom
