Non Warrantable Condo Financing

What is the best approach to finding a lender for a condo building not approved by Fanny or Freddie? I know for sure BAC and Citi will not lend. Which banks do portfolio lending? How do I find a Mortgage Broker? My broker left it for me to find out.

I am a Mortgage Broker in Florida and I have a portfolio lender with a product that will lend on Non Warrantable Condo's and Condo Hotels. What State do you need financing in? If it is outside Florida and they lend in that state I can give you a name of a Broker in that state. http://nonwarrantablcondofinancing.blogspot.com
