Discussion about Saffron at 217 Newark Avenue in Historic Downtown
no need for anyone to visit the building. That living/ dining room combo picture on the website looks tiny. No room for a love seat or a rectangle dining room table.
"no need for anyone to visit the building"
What about those who want that layout in an apartment? Would there be "no need" for them to view it?
I know your a realtor. You know, the law does require practicing agents to identify themselves as realtors on forums.
Could you tell me what building's I should visit since you are the authority? Just kidding...i can do it on my own...I just stated looking for a home in Jersey City/Hoboken and have been using the internet message boards for reviws but it gets really frustrating that 90% of posts turn into arguments.
Your pots sound much more like a realtor peddling real estate than those from a prospecitive buyer. I also found your posts on Kannekt. If your not a realtor, then why do you spend so much time posting threads about develeopers winning awards on streeteasy and kannekt?
I am not a realtor. I have no interest whether this or any building succeeds or fails. My frustration is that most posters (and I am not specifically citing you since your posts seem very balanced) are just so negative about every thing and every building both here and on Kannekt to the point where its seems they have an agenda. So I though I'd try to get some honest conversation going on these buildings. Apparently it didn't work.
