Discussion about 155 West 68th Street #1709
I was interested in this building. It seems to be a good building but my concern is that it was built in 1964. Many of these buildings with white brick have had to undergo costly rebricking due to a state/city ordinace. Does anyone know about this building. Is this required here? Also, in general is it a good buidling? Any known issues?
