W'Burg is coming down in price significantly, what's the family name(s) that owned these properties?

Wow, I have an offer in on a unit there(wlmsbrg) and the listing broker told me just the opposite :)

A broker was not telling you the truth!!?? I'm flabbergasted, truly shocked, dumbfounded, I feel dizzy, such an earth-shattering event... let's face it: most of them are not better than Joe Isuzu

This look like a good deal at first. Then you see that it costs 3700 a month to carry this and you can rent a same size unit for 3000 down the street at one northside for 3000 which is a better location and you wake up

samadams, totally agree. The location here is pretty atrocious - it's stunning that people paid so much to live here, given the conditions.
