Get in on the ground floor, buy now or never, buy buy buy, feeding frenzy, don't miss the bottom, win bragging rights, raising children in rentals in child abuse, why own when you can own the whole building ... you don't expect me to narrow it down to one point, do you?

how can there be a market if there is little or no financing ?? the banks are actually bankrupt. they cant lend. they are up to their eyeballs in real estate loans that are under water ...

who is paying all cash ??? if they can, great !! try to get a mortgage on the old terms from two years ago it wont be happening ===
