w67thstreet about 10 hours ago ignore this person report abuse Raise of hands, how big is your debt load? I'll start. $1mm cash, zero debt, $700k/yr income (pre tax). 5yo and 4yo late 30's. And I'm not buying till there is calrity in rentals' freefall

You mean the same guy who gets into litigation with his rental tenants and didn't pay his last month's rent on an apartment HE rented?
