Lock Rates Today? Can it really go down more? 7/1 ARM 4.125 .75pt 4.25 .375pt 4.375 0pt 4.5 -.375pt 4.625 -.625pt
that rate is great. i just got quoted yesterday 4.375 with .875pt and that was the lowest i found from contacting 5 different places... where did you get that rate if i may ask?

I found a 4.875 for 30 year fixed... hoping to get 4.75... Could it go any lower?

Looks shockingly similar to BofA's rates. Guess maybe youre working with BofA.
