Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- The Federal Reserve may take a
chance the housing market can stage a comeback without its
support by announcing today it will stick to the plan to end a
$1.25 trillion program of mortgage-debt purchases in March.

I found a 4.875 for 30 year fixed... hoping to get 4.75... Could it go any lower?

Looks shockingly similar to BofA's rates. Guess maybe youre working with BofA.
If youre happy with the rate and payment, why take the chance. Consensus is that rates are going up. sunny.hong@bankofamerica.com
