Hi, Does anyone have experience of renting from this company? They seem to have a lot of cheap 1BRs and studios on the UES with no fee and free months.

I just moved out from an apartment managed by them in the village. The heat/hot water went out probably five times over the last year for a morning or so. They were responsive in repairing water problems in my bathroom; but the fact the problems happened repeatedly over the five years I lived there meant the repairs themselves were shoddy. They are aggressive at raising rent, but after I left they returned my full security deposit quickly. I think get what you pay for is an accurate assessment.
