has anyone looked at this building? any thoughts opinions?

yes. big bathrooms, and small living space. I don't think the prices on new developements are worth it. you can get sooo much more for your money in that neighborhood

thanks. i am looking for a new development mostly or a resale of a newer condo, less than 5 years.
