Are ALL Northside Piers Sales tough on price

or it various from one to one? do they share the commissions or they each have their own performance measurement?

based on what i've seen, the pricing comes top-down - but they're not giving a ton of incentives on top of the 10% offer in tower 2.

Yes silverxnt. I'm looking at the studios there and the pricing is up there. But I know to wait and the prices will drop.

on an arms length basis it's not rational to provide finance with so little down...it seems nuts to me anywhere but especially in a city, a hood, and a building where prices have already fluctuated in very large way very recently.....

govt is distorting everything,....(i know it's nothing new...but still crazy)

sales team told me. but they may only get the 10% down FHA approval. which doesnt make sense to me. I thought the point was to have buyers who can afford the monthlies, but need help with the down payment.
